Attractive and functional room atmosphere with pure LED illumination.

During extension work of the Fraunhofer IOF in Jena the conference area, the Otto-Schott-Raum, was chosen as a pilot project to create an attractive and functional room atmosphere with pure LED illumination.

 

The lighting construction
The development of a prototypical ceiling luminaire with heavy-duty LED equipment in RGB + white demonstrated that LED technology is particularly suitable for installations of this type. At the sides the luminous ceiling will be completed by OSTA-Ellipse downlights which dispense impressive, adapted light with the appropriate shade for the room unlike the diffuse light from the ceiling.

The LED lighting components are completely controlled by a DALI light management system, so that the users will be able to perfectly match the lighting situation to requirements.

Modern OSRAM LED technology generates the best working light for meetings and conferences, relaxing comfortable light for seminars or colored light for all kinds of presentations.
